What You’ll Do:
– Design product solutions for key stages of the user journey on FoodNote, a dynamic dining marketing platform, to enhance the overall user experience.
– Assist in creating a rewarding loyalty program that encourages a cycle of earning and redeeming points, increasing revenue for restaurants and the platform.
– Conduct in-depth research on dine-in processes at various restaurants, identifying consumer touchpoints, and crafting marketing strategies.
– Investigate user flows on FoodNote, identify pain points in group formation and marketing, and design product solutions to boost efficiency and success.
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong research, data collection, and analytical skills to understand different user roles and processes.
– Passion for the food industry and familiarity with food ordering and delivery platforms.
– (Preferred) Basic UI/UX design skills to create business process diagrams and high-fidelity prototypes.
– (Preferred) Experience with WordPress, especially WooCommerce, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Position: Product Research Intern

Duration: 3 months with a minimum commitment of 15 working hours per week (remote or in-person at our Sydney office)
